Welcome to Kenmore Centre for Health
KENMORE’S NATURAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
Research continues to show the benefits of natural medicine for supporting health in modern society.
Kenmore Centre for Health combines ancient traditions with modern research to provide the best that natural medicine has to offer. Our practitioners in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Remedial Massage and Myotherapy have been serving the local community for 35 years. We are conveniently accessible by elevator on the first floor in Kenmore Village Shopping Centre in Kenmore, Brisbane.
We use acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, low level laser therapy, acupuncture point injection therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, remedial massage and myotherapy, diet and lifestyle advice to support the health of our clients according to their preference and needs.
Health Funds, Workcover and NDIS
Acupuncture and Massage Therapy are popular health choices in Australia. Private health insurers have provided benefits for acupuncture for over 25 years, and Workover Queensland and Comcare recognise acupuncture services for injured workers. Remedial massage is also available with most private health insurers extra’s cover.
NDIS recipients may also access remedial massage therapy if incorporated into their self-managed plan.
All private health funds are linked to the clinic’s electronic “Hicaps” facility so you can make your claims on the spot. This means you can collect your rebate immediately and then pay the remaining gap.

If you believe you are in need of health care or advice then consult a qualified health professional. We recommend that acupuncture should only be provided by a registered acupuncturist, and that Chinese herbal medicines should be prescribed by a registered Chinese medicine practitioner. We are unable to give a professional opinion via email or telephone. While we are happy to answer general inquiries by telephone, an appointment is necessary to deal with specific health concerns.
